TullyAPI is provided by Tully Blake Martin, operating as a sole proprietorship. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Tully Blake Martin.

All API data you create in TullyAPI (collections, endpoints, history) is stored locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or have access to this API data, but we do collect basic usage analytics via Google Analytics. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

TullyAPI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TullyAPI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you create using the Service.
